Not for the voice, not for the movements , but for presence and charisma. this is a person lost on the scenes , who has no strength, no magnetism, no kind of appeal, and seems to act in a school performance. Better to change , but I don't think she's that good on acting neither. She is just half-way talented, and really profited by social media society, where half-talented people can rise .
